Introduction
Below you will find the notebook entries that I believe are the most relevant ones for the surface passivation paper. Some entries show the days I was taking data, some show my preparations for data taking, and others show spectacular failures that occurred in the lab that I had to fix in order to run my experiments. I am hopeful that this information will be useful to at least one person on the planet now, or in the future.

- Description: More surface passivation studies. I've figured out that the harder it is for a casein constituent to go into solution, the better it acts as a surface passivator. Plus, whole and alpha casein work great. Beta and kappa, not so much. Whole and alpha have motility at the center of the flow cell, beta and kappa has it only near the tape.
