The final update on my remaking of the remaking of my solutions ends today. I finished making the whole-PEM and aliquoted it out. I waited for the bubbles in the mixture to go away. This means I just left it in the fridge overnight and aliquoted it today. The next step is to see if I get motility with the whole casein.
