Research Project Outline
The basic processes that Anu and I will be using to complete our research project:
- Goal: To create a correlation rather than three groupings of analysis between CD4 T cell counts and genetic diversity
- S and theta values will be calculated for each visit for each subject and compared with their CD4 T cell count of that visit
- We will team up with Will Fuchs and Colin Wikholm in order to calculate all of these as they will need the same data for their project.
- A graph can also be calculated using these numbers vs. each visit
- Graphs will also be created comparing S and theta values versus CD4 T cell counts
- A few phylogenic trees will be created as well
- Then, we will use a regression curve to find the answer to our hypothesis

Acknowledgments
This work was done with help from my homework partner, Anu in class and with the help of our professor; Dr. Dahlquist. Anu and I met in class to determine the outline of our research project. While I worked with the people noted above, this individual journal entry was completed by me and not copied from another source. Mia Huddleston 16:50, 3 October 2016 (EDT)
