Text Tutorials

To load your data into RAVE, you will need:

  1. iEEG data (in any format; .mat files are fine) from a patient
  2. MRI data (volumetric or FreeSurfer) from a patient
  3. table, spreadsheet or text file listing electrode labels and co-ordinates
  4. table listing event times and labels, e.g. t = 2 sec Event type 1 started; t = 3 sec Event type 1 stopped; t = 14 sec Event type 2 started; t = 16 sec Event type 2 stopped
