Facing problems

After several attempts at running the figures. I ended up with 50300 counts, so 503 different instances. After waiting to see if the rest of the figures were going to pop up I came up empty. I tried a few more times and went through all the options, even letting it sit for a while to see if that was what it needed to process the rest of the pictures. However, matlab seems to not want to work for me. I have all my data saved and all the matlab files correct, all I need to do is plug it back in once I find out how to get the rest of the graphs to show. I will bring this up in class tomorrow.
