E. coli Transformation Protocol We inserted plasmids into E. coli cells here is my process /gDNA digestion Try 2 For some reason we didn't get proper cutting with XhoI on Fri, so we are running it again with a couple of different setups. Notebook Usage Mary Ann saw that I didn't have a very detailed written notebook and when I said I hadn't transferred it to paper yet, she gave me a coughing noise. Basically that means... we don't talk about electronic notebooks in this lab. I just laughed and she gave me some helpful suggestions. I need to get a binder and to print out all my stuff for desktop usage. Steve Koch 14:18, 16 February 2009 (EST): Let me know if you need a printer to make this easy. We'll just buy you one for your desk there.
