/E. coli Colony Isolation

  • A short day in Osley lab, where I just put individual colonies into 10 test tubes.

Ramalldf 04:57, 18 February 2009 (EST):Sweet dude, I didn't know you were working in Osley's lab. I'm assuming that you're working with Kelly? The PI who's lab I'm rotating in right now said that I have really good technique for my molecular biology stuff, so Kelly's a great guy to learn from. Say hi to everyone for me.

Steve Koch 21:20, 18 February 2009 (EST):That's great, Diego! Yup, Kelly's mentoring Anthony too. I was at Osley's today, and just briefly saw Kelly and he said that Anthony is doing amazingly well. So, he's doing your desk proud!
