Osley Lab 2 Today was a making chemical day. We made three solutions which I will provide below: /Spheroplasting Buffer (SB) /KOAc /Lyticase I also moved a colony of yeast cells into a YPD liquid solution. It is inoculating somewhere right now. I need to get used to locations of things. Storage Lyticase is in the -80C freezer (in a pink box with AS on it). The SB is on the shelf above my bench. The KOAc is near the SB in a tube holder along with a bunch of Brandon's stuff. Yeast Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination This is my blurry image of the yeast colonies.
