Welcome to the Sangdun Choi Lab!
Research is focused in four main areas:
1. Innate Immunity
Deciphering Toll-like receptor signaling systems and controlling networks in immune cells
2. Systems Biology
Understanding the interactions of functioning components using network perturbations and the measurement of cellular responses
3. Network Analysis
Identification of the signal networks using genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, methylation, RNAi, etc.
4. Stem Cells
Induced pluripotent stem cell lines derived from human somatic cells
Researchers in our laboratory come from various disciplines with backgrounds in molecular and cellular biology, immunology, and bioinformatics.
