We work on domesticated and wild tomato, ''Brassica rapa'', ''Arabidopsis thaliana'' and related species and use a combination of genomics, molecular and quantitative genetics, and molecular evolution techniques.  Please see [http://www.naturalvariation.org naturalvariation.org] for information about some of our collaborators who are taking similar approaches.
