Purpose The PGP will generate global gene expression profiling data on a subset of human volunteers, primarily using skin- and hair- derived primary cells, immortalized B-lymphocytes and iPS-derived tissues. Public data will be upload to MIAME-complliant Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). This site will serve to coordinate and prioritize study samples among collaborators, and also to discuss various ways to interpret and analyze the data.
