Sample Information The first phase of PGP has collected both skin biopsy, blood, saliva and phenotypic information from the 10 participants as a pilot study. They are composed of 10 unrelated adult individuals (7 Caucasian males, 2 Caucasian females and one African American male), and they were not selected based on any known or unknown any medical disorders. The second phase of PGP starting in 2009 will collect samples from up to 1,000 individuals for phenotype and cell line cataloguing, and we will post any updates here on a regular basis.
