CellDesigner: Reactions

Overview

CellDesigner Top Menu

  • Reactions represents state transition of the connected Species, for example, biochemical reactions, interaction between proteins, and regulatory relations between genes.
  • Each biochemical reaction as a specific symbol(see figure).

CellDesigner Reaction Symbols

Functions related to compounds

  • Create a new reaction: Select the approriate transition icon. Select 'source' compound, and then select 'Destination' compound. A transition is created.
  • Delete a reaction: Select the reaction. Menu: Edit --> Delete.
  • Edit a reaction : Double click a Reaction, click and change anything in the dialog box, and then, see what is changed after click "Apply" button.
