Honeycomb Lattice Framework
- Our designs are primarily based on the "honeycomb lattice" framework. This serves as a means of abstracting away many of the details of nanostructure design by restricting ourselves to specific angle constraints when linking helices together.
- Python code is available to implement nanostructures using the honeycomb lattice framework
