Hey George,

I noticed you are putting a new course on OWW called CHE.496/2008. Would you mind naming all the course pages like CHE.496/2008:Synthetic biology overview instead of Synthetic biology overview. See Help:Renaming pages for help on renaming an existing page.

It helps to delineate that the page belongs to your course instead of being a general OWW page that anyone can edit.

Hi George,

I just wanted to let you know that there is an iGEM presence already on OpenWetWare. Check out iGEM. So a lot of teams name their pages in the form iGEM:MIT and iGEM:MIT/2006 for that year's team page. That way all the list of recent changes on the bottom of the iGEM page includes their team's edits. And it makes it easier to switch from year to year. (For example, MIT has iGEM:MIT/2006 and iGEM:MIT/2005. Then subpages are named according to the year. For instance, iGEM:MIT/2006/Notebook.

Anyway, it is totally fine if you want to just use the VGEM page name. I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the iGEM page and the other teams on OWW.
