Spermatogenesis Vizualized slides. ubi-RFP localization was as expected. There were no areas without expression; however, there were a few cells near the hub with high expression levels. Background noise, however, was very high. rfp-h2au Cyclin-B Stain was inconclusive. Too much background noise. Will dissect more flies and stain again with varying concentrations this week. Potentially 1:25, 1:50, 1:100. Dissect ~30 flies. 10 per concentration.
