  • Make stock solutions
  • Make samples in small test tubes and cap with aluminum foil
  • Heat samples at 80C for 4 hours

Notes

  • Next time: samples will be centrifuged, 1mL will be taken off for UV-vis measurements, remaining 4mL will be used for AA measurements
