Friday 2nd July 2010 I checked both the digestions and the PCR on an agarose gel, but I realized that I’d forgotten to press start to the PCR so it didn’t come out. 1º lane is the ladder 2º is the cI PCR cut with XbaI and PstI 3º and 4º are the plasmid 18 cut with EcoRI-HF and PstI 5º to 8º are the failed PCR’s
