Weekly updates Risk from Salmonella in almonds trying to replicate previous published model. Decided to compare with model as published (i.e. # cases/yr only). where to mention the comparison? short results section. no need to discuss much. point out that results are different due to all the new information. Baseline. Changes: 1) simulate positive exposures only. outcomes: P(Ill) for positive exposures, P(Ill) for all exposures (then expressed per million exposure events), # cases/yr calculated as geometric mean.
