07.14.2011 Spun down samples from yesterday using method from a few weeks ago. Made 70mL of zein solution (in order): 7g of zein 63mL of 95% ethanol (then mix for 30 minutes w/ stir bar) 2.1mL of glycerol (then mix for 30 minutes w/ stir bar) Added 0.6mL of each sample to 6mL of zein solution and plated in 9cm plastic petri dishes Heated O/N in 37°C incubator with petri dish covers removed
