PGP2 data We now have links to 2 sets of sequence data (Illumina and Swift), MAQ processed file for each and 2 SNP files (Nsp and Sty for each) using either DM and BRLMM calling algorithms. Let me know if you require more clarifications. Other PGP data sets should follow later.
