The spec | The spec should be ready to read all the wells in a 96 well plate. If the Green Read button on the top toolbar is missing, it means the instrument is Offline. To get it back Online, Click the Spectromax 190 icon on the left of the top toolbar. An Instrument Connect popup window should appear with an hourglass. Be patient, the hourglass takes awhile to go away. Eventually an Available Instrument window will appear. Choose Com3 Spectromax190. Then click OK. The Green Read icon should be visible. | ||
