About Coriell and PGP have launched a collaborative effort to collect, store and distribute both human fibroblasts and iPS cell lines up to 10,000 in the initial phase. PGP will sequence a significant portion of their volunteers, in addition to applying functional genomics on both fibroblasts and iPS cells. Coriell participants and PGP participants will be genotyped early on in the project in order to accelerate both association studies and functional genomics.
