March 18th 2010 General Whit BRET is possible anchor a RedFP which receive yellow color and give red color. Green light receptor system of Cyanobacteriochrome from Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803: We purpose: -Receptors: RED, BLUE AND GREEN. -Bioluminescent proteins: BLUE AND YELLOW. We need immediately: -Red bioluminescent protein. -Search for one bacteria to apply systems. -Plasmids for every part. -Search protocols to work.
