Abstract To continue with the assembly of the parts which will be sent to the registry pSB1C3 Isolation's results I did the electrophoresis gel (120V x 35min) of the three isolation that a I did on wednesday: Lanes: 1. Ladder (2.5μL) 2. Isolation 1 (5μL) 3. Isolation 2 (5μL) 4. Isolation 3 (5μL) It is clean enough to do on it a PCR, wich I will do on monday.
