Entry title Discussion with Dr. Madhulika regarding the PCR approach. Primers designed transformations of B0034 and pSB3C5 did not work; the other 4 worked fine Transformed pSB3C5 again in DH5a. Inoculated the 4 plasmids in 2xyt medium for the miniprep.
