Promoter studyTrial PCR for promoter region 157 was successful with GoTaq at 56°C, 40/40/40 cycles on KCT128. Hope it is not error-prone (if sequencing shows changes, need to repeat with AmpliTaq Gold perhaps). Brought back from Necker the patient DNAs. May need to do WGA on them if DNA is running short. Have new WGA kits arrived? Would like to test old sequencing kits if in freezer; throw away the one in the fridge that is some 4 years old. Appointment today with Genopole Toulouse for next-gen sequencing on eye project.
