DNA and photos

Dosed DNA on spectro: 175 ng/μL. TE gives weird overdose at 230 nm. Diluted in H2O instead.

Picked two paraffin slides at E11.5 and E16.5 as positive controls with the eyes. The E11.5 sections are all white, iffy look to them. Probably badly dehydrated and will come unstuck, but the position of the neural tube was good.
