2. Miniature and low-cost wireless sensor platform for environmental monitoring
PI - Kostov
The project is devoted to the development of wireless floating platform for monitoring of O2, pH and turbidity in rivers. The oxygen and the pH sensors are using fluorescent dyes that change their lifetime (O2) or spectrum (pH) when the concentration of the analyte changes. The platform should be 3”x3”x6” (height with the antenna) and ensure the transfer of the data at distances of up to 1 km.
