Sample Preparation1) Prepare the following dilutions 20X, 40X, 60X, 80X, 100X, 120X, 140X, 160X, 180X, 200X, 240X 2) Run on FCS for 5 minutes each with 2 trials of each sample (if possible) ResultsThis is a graph showing 1/N (the number of particles) vs the concentration of nanoparticles. A linear trend is visible with N decreasing as concentration decreases. |
