To Do Make dilutions of AuNP/DNA/MB solution prepared yesterday Run FCS on dilutions and analyze data Sample Preparation 1) Prepare the following dilutions 20X, 40X, 60X, 80X, 100X, 120X, 140X, 160X, 180X, 200X, 240X 2) Run on FCS for 5 minutes each with 2 trials of each sample (if possible) Results This is a graph showing 1/N (the number of particles) vs the concentration of nanoparticles. A linear trend is visible with N decreasing as concentration decreases.
