• For the same sized gel, I used 25 ml
• 0.8% is probably better for the longer fragments that we're typically looking at
• I didn't add back missing water. Not sure, though, if this is more of a problem in ABQ than Ithaca

Brian Josey 10:37, 28 August 2009 (EDT): Thanks for the advice. Anthony said that I do not have to replace the water that evaporates off, but I wrote down that step just in case it ever became a problem.
