If you can see the ladder, then that's all that's important because there was a feint line when I looked by eye. I had to use periphery vision to see a band.
Steve Koch 17:40, 22 January 2010 (EST): Maybe should switch to ethidium? Or use more SYBR? It's not good enough at this point, especially considering how good EtBr was. Would be nice to be able to stick with SYBR safe, though.
