Steve Koch 23:57, 16 September 2009 (EDT): So, I don't see any ligation? But does at least look like your gel extracted pBR322 worked? If there really was not product, my best guess is bad anchor or adapter (not pBR322).

Anthony Salvagno 09:09, 17 September 2009 (EDT):That is exactly what I was thinking. I do think it is weird that there wasn't even the 1kb band where the anchor is. I saved the gel though.
