Synthetic Biology Software: Optimizer for Characterization Experiments
- Specifications:
- handles transcriptional-type of systems and devices
- systems are networks of interacting biobricks products
- enables to plan experimental characterization(Design of Experiment approach)
- Inputs:
- Network of interacting BioBricks
- List of parameters (measured, known, ...)
- Ouputs:
- Number and type of experiments to be done.
- create Excel sheet for Fluorescent assays (transfer function or degradation). Solver enabled.
- standard Excel sheet to collect OD600 + Fluorescence
- test fitting with different Monod exponent
