I have a whole shitload of data I took during gradschool. It's posted on our server here: http://kochlab.org/files/data/Koch_Data . I'm currently looking for some data that will be better for Larry to look at with his shotgun DNA mapping algorithms. Here's what I want to do today:

• (done) write a LabVIEW VI to read all the journal files for a project and create a wiki page for the project.
  • /Example of all journal files

• Add a link to the data and the data set notes on the public wiki
• Also add a note that I will share any data analysis software (some day I'll post with nice instructions, etc.)
