Verified PCR BB product on gel

Verified removal of XbaI site by running PCR product on gel. Ran both cut (with XbaI) and uncut for all three DNA samples (6 lanes in total). All six samples had one piece of DNA ~5.8kb in length, indicating a successful PCR product.
