Ocean Optics pH 9We forgot to turn on the source lamp, which makes the first 15 minute of our data useless. However, we are mainly interested in changes around 30 minutes, which is why did not start the experiment over again. Sample PreparationBSA Ocean Optics Solution
Stock Concentrations 160920
Volumes for making the solution:
Data AnalysisThe above chart displays Ocean Optics (UV) analysis of the maximum absorbance of the pH 9 solution containing 0.25 mM Au and 3.125 uM BSA over time. In this chart we can see a steady increase over time. The above chart shows Ocean Optics (UV) analysis of the maximum wavelength of the pH 9 solution containing 0.25 mM Au and 3.125 uM BSA over time. In this chart we see a steady max wavelength of about 487 nm until about 3800 s. At this point, the maximum wavelength rapidly increases to about 550 nm, then plateaus to about 535 nm for the remainder of the run. The above chart displays Ocean Optics (UV) analysis of the A(535.15) of the pH 9 solution containing 0.25 mM Au and 3.125 uM BSA over time. In this chart we can see a steady increase over time, similar to the first chart in these analyses.
