UV Vis Silver

0.75 mM and 1.25 mM Fructose concentration only pH 11 and pH 12 looked good; the rest showed precipitates and no color.

can't find molar absorptivity or concentration because both will vary. we can look at the shift in peak wavelength relative to molecule size. make a graph with fixed pH and compare how fructose concentration influences size and shape of peak.
