Entry titleObjectiveDescriptionSynthesizing Gold Nanoparticles with using two different ratios of BSA to HAuCl4. (heat block at 80 degree celcius) Ratio of BSA to HAuCl4 is 69.5. -Epi Test Tube A: 100ul of 30.0 uM of BSA, 75 ul of 2.5uM of HAuCl4 and 825 ml of water.(ICE BATH FOR 10 MIN) -Epi Test Tube B: 100ul of 30.0 uM of BSA, 75 ul of 2.5uM of HAuCl4 and 825 ml of water. (TAKE OUT EVERY 30 MIN, KEEP OUT FOR 10 MIN)
