I lead research in the Forest Plant Molecular Genetics lab that is part of the Genetics and Silviculture Team in the Landscape and Watershed Management Program at the PNW Research Station. We're on OpenWetWare to share lab and informatics protocols that are directed primarily at using ultra-high throughput short read sequencers in population genetics and genomics applications.
