==Entry title== Biomineralization 2015-11-02 H2O was removed from the vials prepared last week that contained 15 mL H2O and .25 grams of the gel. Vial a then received 256 um of AU, 167 uL of protein, and 1577 uL of H2O. Vial B received 256 uL of AU and 1744 uL of H2O. There was no observable change in the first 45 minutes. At 45 minutes, the solution in vial B began to turn grey. The shade of grey continued to darken for 10 minutes. Six more vials were prepared by adding .25 grams of gels and 15 mL of H2O.
