- Calculate your actual solution concentration
- Record UV-VIS spectra between 200nm and 800nm
- Make 8 standard solutions (1mL each) between 1µg/mL and 20µg/mL
- Record UV-VIS spectra of the above prepared solutions
- Make duplicate blanks (4 solutions total)
