Objective Four solutions of HRP-AuNPs were prepared Methods Four solutions of HRP-AuNPs were made using the following dilutions: Ratio Au uL HRP mL Total Volume mL 30:1 850 uL 5.11 mL 10 mL 60:1 850 uL 2.56 mL 10 mL 90:1 850 uL 1.71 mL 10 mL 120:1 850 uL 1.28 mL 10mL These samples were placed in the oven at 80C for 4 hours.
