  • Running Bradford assay for 1 nM of protease (Thermolysine..)


Bradford protocol was taken from Dr. Hartings here

This is our smallest concentration of Thermolysin. We chose longer time intervals to try to capture what is happening throughout the whole processes of the fibers breaking down. Since the concentration is smaller we also expect the reaction to take longer.
