Objective ocean optics 100nM Description Set up protocols for the Ocean Optics UV-Vis can be found here. Data We are unsure of why the graph is negative. We noticed that the stir bar was covers with the gold nanofibers. This may have affected the results so we plan to rerun the experiment at a later date.
