Objective

We are taking UV and fluorescence data for the samples produced on January 31st and Feb 6.

See researcher notebooks for more detail on individual samples.

For the fluorescence, we are using the following setup:

Emission spectra

Excitation wavelength: 280nm

Emission start: 400nm

Emission stop: 700

Excitation slit width: 10nm

Emission slit width: 10nm

Scan Speed: 200nm/min

We are also using a 400nm long pass filter from ThorLabs (product number: FGL400S)

For the UV Vis data, we are using the following setup:

Scan: 200nm to 800nm

Scan speed: Medium

Scan resolution: 1nm
