  • Today, I ran a gel to check if the ligations were done correctly.




  • The lanes were as follows, everything restricted with ECO RI and PST I:


1,2 . Mutated red luciferase.

3. LRE ligated into pSB1C3.

4. LRE ligated into BBa_J61002.

5. EPIC with LRE.

6. L. cruciata with LRE.
