Come on and do it! Today, I extracted plasmid from several colonies of EPIC + LRE, L. cruciata + LRE, two colonies of the mutated luciferase, LRE with J23100, and LRE in pSB1C3. I left a restriction with ECO RI and PST I for a total of 20μl to check if everything was ok and I left it incubating at 37°C ON :D
