There we go again I came to the lab to do a transformation of my ligations. The plates are as follows: 1. Ligation of J23100 with mutated red luciferase in ampicilin 2-O. 2. Ligation of J23100 with mutated red luciferase in ampicilin 2-P. 3. Ligation of J23106 with mutated red luciferase in ampicilin 2-O. 4. Positive control (purified plasmid of LRE with pSB1C3 in chloramphenicol. 5. Control of competent cells in LB. Cultures were left ON at 37°C.
